NWCFA Framed shirt
1920's Welsh shirt framed
Inner Frame were recently requested to frame a football shirt for the North Wales Coast Football Association which dated back to a match played in 1926 against a Scottish Eleven at Farrar Road , Bangor .
This was an unusual commission as the shirt, being 83 years old presented a slight problem purely by the material that the shirt was manufactured from. Basically the shirt was like woollen sacking and imagine it would have been difficult to play in, especially in wet weather. When folded it made the shirt exceptionally thick and therefore a large depth moulding needed to be used.
